| Worked with the law firms of Choate, Hall, and Stuart, and Hale and Dorr, Boston which represented Faucher’s OfficeLand 26 store franchise chain acquired by Staples in 1991. Prepared all UFOC documents and Franchise Agreements. Attended legal workshops conducted by the International Franchise Association *1987 – 1991 – President of OffCom, Inc. of Marlboro, MA. In conjunction with MITAC International of Taiwan manufactured and distributed OfficeLand 286 Personal Computers. Sold through both the Wall Street Journal and all OfficeLand stores. |
